The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 0388 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506, 286 I.P.C., police station Pipari, District Kaushambi.
From the supplementary affidavit filed today, the Court finds no special circumstances warranting this Court entertaining the present application. Accordingly while this application is rejected , this order shall not preclude the applicants from invoking the jurisdiction of the appropriate Sessions Court.
