Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 46 of 2019, under Sections 452, 376D and 506 IPC, P.S. Dholna, District Kasganj, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that two witnesses has been examined. The testimony of the prosecutrix has been recorded and she has supported the case as spelt out in the FIR, the applicant is not entitled to be enlarged on bail. The bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected .
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is expected to gear up and conclude the trial of the applicant within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Provided the copy of this order would be served upon learned trial judge by 20.12.2020.
