This is the second bail application of the applicant.
While rejecting the first bail application on 11.09.2018 the Court has expected from the learned trial court to gear up the trial and conclude the same if possible within a period of one year.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that only two witnesses has been examined so far.
Since the year 2020 is full of fallacy and turmoil and it is not expected from the trial court to conclude the trial within the same period.
Under the circumstances, it is expected from the trial court to conclude the trial within next eight months.
With this observations, the second bail application stands rejected.
A copy of this order be supplied to the learned trial court by 20.12.2020 by the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned court would conclude the trial on priority basis.
