By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 600 of 2017, under Section 302 IPC, P.S. Chaubeypur, District Varanasi, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that six witnesses have been examined. The trial is in at advance stage. The bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected .
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is expected to gear up and conclude the trial of the applicant within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Provided the copy of this order would be served upon learned trial judge by 20.12.2020.
