The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.38 of 2013 (S.T. No. 285/13) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302/94 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act police station Gagaha District- Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant and the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by the Court on 21 November 2019.
