Heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 188 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 452, 325, 506, 308 I.P.C., police station Bakhira, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
Learned AGA has placed on the record the instructions which are marked as 'X' for the purposes of identification. From those instructions, the Court is apprised of the serious injury caused on the side of the informant.
In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicants. The application consequently stands rejected .
