Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The medical report shows injury damaging Corneal tear. It is urged that the role of causing injury has not been assigned to the applicant; applicant is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the instant case.
Learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A. have opposed the prayer for bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicants Sudhanshu Pandey , involved in Case Crime No. 842 of 2019, under Sections 326, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Karvi Kotwali Nagar, District Chitrakoot.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
