Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
As per prosecution case, the applicant had taken a policy from the insurance company, thereafter, made an application for the sum insured that the husband of the applicant died on 15 April 2019. The insurance company after enquiry found that the husband of the applicant died on 28 February 2018, the death certificate issued by the competent authority was subsequently cancelled, the death is duly recorded in the death register of the authority.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant Kalpana Devi , involved in Case Crime No. 465 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Gandhi Park, District Aligarh.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
