1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

1. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Manoj Verma, Vishnu Verma, Vikki Verma @ Ashish Soni and Golu Verma @ Shivam Verma, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0885 of 2019, under Sections 307, 324, 504 I.P.C., Police Station New Agra, District Agra, during the pendency of trial.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. allegations are completely false and a civil dispute exists between the parties with respect to a shop. Further, it has been submitted that the allegations are completely false inasmuch as applicant had sold the house. The applicant stated that no incident had taken place on 26.11.2019.

1. At present there is nothing to plainly doubt the occurrence inasmuch as the F.I.R. allegations appear to be supported by the injury report which has also been annexed to the present application.
