Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 23 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 395, 504, 506, 307 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Cantt., District Varanasi.
Learned A.G.A. pursuant to the last order has placed on record instructions which are marked as 'X' for the purposes of identification. From those instructions, it is pointed out that the complicity of the applicant in the commission of the crime in question has been verified from the CCTV footage which was gathered. The Court notes that serious injuries were caused to the informant. In that view of the matter, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The prayer so made is refused.
The instant application stands rejected .
