Heard Shri V.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Garun Pal Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 4, 5 & 6.

Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court the corpus is present in the Court which is duly identified by Shri Garun Pal Singh. She has brought by Lady constable 3005 Anita of Police Station-Raya, District Mathura and the corpus is duly identified by Constable Anita. The Court has got an opportunity to have a conversation with her. She states that her name is Pooja Chaudhary daughter of Shri Pratap Singh. Her date of birth as per high school is 02.04.2000 and she is a major girl. On making a query in Court she submits that she does not want to go with petitioner no. 2 Arjun Singh. She also denied the fact to marriage with Arjun Singh.

Taking into account the totality of the circumstances and wish and desire that she does not want to go with petitioner no. 2 , she is set at liberty to go wherever she wants to go.

The present habeas corpus writ petition devoid of merit and is dismissed.

Since petitioner no. 1 is a major girl and she is set at liberty to go wherever she wants to go. There is no justification to keep her in nari niketan any further.
