Heard Sri Niraj Tiwari, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K. Narayana, learned Counsel for respondent no.2.

Sole prayer of the petitioner is that the respondent no.1, Assistant Registrar Firms Societies and Chits, Jhansi be directed to pass order on the application dated 26.2.2019 which is pending consideration.

Contention of the petitioner is that the term of office bearer has come to an end on 30.5.2018 and since then the election has not been held. In regard to the same, application has been preferred before the respondent no.1. He further submits that respondent no.1 may be directed to pass the order in relation to holding the election of office bearers.

In view of the above, it is directed that the respondent no.1, Assistant Registrar Firms Societies and Chits, Jhansi shall decide the application dated 26.2.2019 as expeditiously as possible preferrably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
