Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client is not responding, hence he has no instructions in the matter.
It appears that the matter has become infructuous as the interim order is a conditional one and it is not denied by the petitioner himself that he has not complied with the order dated 5.1.2010 by which which he was directed to deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- in pursuance of the recovery issued.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
