The only relief pressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is that Case No.T201105440100011 (Munsi Vs. Mohammad Yaqub and others), under Section 166 read with Section 167 of U.P.Z.A & L.R. Act, pending before the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar since 4.8.2011, may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
