Present writ petition has been filed by five minor students and Principal of the institution seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent authority to allot examination centre for conducting the board examination of High School and Intermediate for the year 2020.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition by the management of the institution.
Prayer is accepted.
Present writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
