Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to allow the students of the petitioner institution for appearing in examination of D.El.Ed-2019 in second semester held on 14.08.2019.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that since the respondent authority has not opened the web portal and as such, the internal marks of first semester of D.El.Ed-2019 examination could not be uploaded.
Learned Standing counsel on being instruction received submits that the examination of final examination of D.El.Ed-2019 second semester is likely to be commenced in JanuaryFebruary, 2020 and 79 students of the petitioner's institution would be permitted in the said examination and the web portal in this regard would be opened to upload the internal marks of only 79 students, for which the information has been given to the concerned college.
In view of the above statement/instruction received from Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
