The controversy as is sought to be raised in the present writ petition has already travelled before this Court in Writ C-28554 of 2019 in which we have declined to interfere with the orders impugned. The present prayer as drafted in the present writ petition is identical in the nature and even if the second prayer is withdrawn as suggested by learned counsel for the petitioner in view of our order in the said earlier writ petition we cannot take different view in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, we also decline to interfere in the present writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed in terms of our order dated 13th September, 2019 passed in Writ C No.28554 of 2019 (supra).
