Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payments have been made against the demand raised by the petitioner in respect of work carried out by the petitioner regarding interlocking. In such view of the matter, he submits that writ petition has got rendered infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
