The recovery citation dated 13.08.2019 seeking to recover a sum of Rs. 1,59,666/- as the road tax dues is under challenge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the aforesaid amount provided some reasonable time is allowed and installments are fixed.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above request.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 59,666/- in the month of November, 2019 itself and the balance amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in four installments of Rs. 25,000/- each to be payable in the months of December, 2019, January, 2020, February, 2020 and March, 2020 respectively.
In the event of default in payment of any of the installments as fixed above, the benefit of this order would come to an end automatically.
The writ petition stands disposed off .
