It appears that the house of the petitioners has been sealed on account of non-payment of the dues of the bank.
The petitioners have preferred this petition for a direction upon the bank to open the seal and to allow them to deposit the outstanding amount in installments.
The petitioners, for the above purpose, can approach the bank itself.
In case petitioners so approach by means of an application, the Competent Officer of the bank would consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
The writ petition stands disposed off with the above observations.
