From perusal of the impugned order dated 13.07.2019 it is clearly revealed that the authority has rejected the candidature of the petitioner but order impugned is a cryptic one.
In view of our judgment passed in Writ Petition No. 24484 of 2019, the impugned order passed on 13.07.2019 which is annexed as Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition is hereby quashed and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of our judgment and order passed in Writ-C No. 24484 of 2019 (Ansar Ali v. Union of India and Others).
