The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction of mandamus of commanding direct the respondent no.2 to renewed the lease of the Plot Nos.734 and 735 area 5.74 Acer situated in village Mathna Japti, Tehsil Kali Nagar (Puranpur), District Pilibhit.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus of commanding the respondent no.2 to consider the grievances of the petitioner as contended in his last representation dated 1.5.2019.

(iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not dispossess the petitioner from plot nos.734 and 735, area 5.74 Acer situated in village Mathna Japti, Tehsil Kali Nagar (Puranpur), District Pilibhit."

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that his representation pending before respondent No.2, Executive Engineer, Sharda Nahar Khand, Shahjahanpur in respect of his grievances be considered and an appropriate action be taken by the concerned authority within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2, ventilating his grievances within 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall look into the matter personally and do the needful, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
