This writ petition has been filed, interalia, for the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to pay the Bill of the petitioner with interest @ 24%."
By order dated 05.07.2019, learned Standing Counsel was directed to obtain instructions in the matter.
Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions received, has stated that the respondents are prepared to make payment of the dues of the petitioner.
In view of the above, we direct the respondent no. 3- Chief Development Officer, District Jaunpur to make payment of the dues of the petitioner along with interest within a period of one month from today.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
The copy of the instructions placed before this Court by the learned Standing Counsel is taken on record.
