Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Examination Controller, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra as co-respondent no. 4.

The petitioner has made an application for providing corrected marksheet of the B.A. L.L.B. Part V for the year 2015.

The only prayer made by Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application of the petitioner may be decided and corrected marksheet may be provided to the petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent University submits that the grievances raised by the petitioner are factual in nature which need to be verified by the competent authority.

In the light of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, matter is remitted to the newly impleaded respondent no. 4, Examination Controller, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra.

A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent no. 4, Examination Controller, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding supply of copy of the corrected marksheet of B.A.L.L.B Part-V preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the veracity of the assertions made in the writ petition nor the claim of the petitioner has been judged on merits. It is for the competent authority to do so after independent application of mind in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of finally.
