Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions, submits that the correct marks of the petitioner have been duly incorporated. The corrected marks-sheet has been issued to the petitioner through District Inspector of Schools.
Faced with the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the school authorities for correcting the copy of the marks-sheet.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State.
