Heard Sri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3, and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the University has taken a decision not to bifurcate the seats in the B.Ed Course for the academic sessions 2019-21 on the basis of academic streams.
In view of above submission, the cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed.
