Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent University submits that the University has taken a decision not to bifurcate the seats in the B.Ed. course on the basis of academic streams.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed.
