This is a second writ petition filed by the petitioner on the same cause of action. The first writ petition registered as Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.1345 of 2008 (Brijesh Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and others) was finally disposed of on 09.01.2008. Admittedly, the petitioner has not deposited any amount. The petitioner is not entitled to any relief from this Court.
The writ petition is dismissed.
