Heard Sri Anil Kumar Bajpai, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents.
On 21.6.2019 three days' time was granted to counsel for the respondents to seek instruction from respondent no.2. Today, learned standing counsel has sought further time for seeking instruction.
Sri Anil Kumar Bajpai, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in Writ-C No.3338 of 2019, this Court on 31.1.2019 has directed the Assistant Registrar to finalize the list of members by giving opportunity to the parties. The said order was to be passed on or before 15.2.2019. Copy of the said order is appended as Annexure 10 to the writ petition.
In paragraph 22 of the writ petition, it has been stated that the Assistant Registrar has fixed 8.2.2019, 22.2.2019, 17.5.2019 and 14.6.2019, but the matter has not been decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner further apprised the Court that next date fixed is 2.7.2019.
In view of the statement so made, respondent no.2, i.e., Assistant Registrar, Firms Societies & Chits, Hukulganj, Varanasi is directed to take decision in the matter in accordance with law on the date so fixed and comply with the earlier order passed by this Court on 31.1.2019.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
