Heard Sri Rajiv Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs:
"a. an appropriate order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to raise any construction over the premises in dispute.
b. an appropriate order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Chitrakoot to decide the temporary injunction application of the petitioners filed by him on 15.02.2018."
A suit for the partition and permanent injunction was filed by the petitioners, in the said suit an application for interim injunction was also filed on 15.02.2018 before the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Chitrakoot , which is pending since then. The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the said application be decided, which is still pending.
In view of the above, it is expected that the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Chitrakoot shall decide the application 6-C preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
