At the very outset the learned standing counsel has pointed out that first information report has been lodged against the petitioners, which has been registered as Case Crime No.399 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 363, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)X SC/ST Act, Police Station Transport Nagar, District Meerut.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
