Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondent.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner appeared in the Intermediate Examination 2019 and his roll number was 4011915. He was declared passed, but his marksheet has not been issued so far despite request made to the respondent no.3.
Sri Satyendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent no.3 and appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of providing that the petitioner may file a representation along with a certified copy of this order before the respondent no.3, raising all his grievances within ten days and in the event, such a representation is made within the stipulated period, it shall be decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law within next two weeks.
