Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the entire deficiency as pointed out in the impugned order has been removed and, therefore, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may be directed to consider the affiliation proposal of the petitioner afresh.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the respondent No.2 then it shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no.2, raising all his grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order and in the event, such a representation is made within the stipulated period, it shall be decided by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law, expeditiously.
