Present petition has been filed seeking direction upon the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to pay compensation awarded by the respondent No.4 for arazi No.841 measuring 0.004 hectare situated at Village Visunpur Vind Vallian Buddhnagari Ward No.21, Tehsil Kasaya, District Kushi Nagar for construction of National Highway-28.
Petitioner has submitted a representation on 30.01.2019 to the respondent No.3, District Magistrate for the payment of compensation of the land so acquired by the National Highway Authority for construction of National Highway-28, which is pending consideration.
We have heard Shri D.S. Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 and Shri Pawan Kumar Mishra on behalf of respondent No.2.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such with the consent of the parties, we direct the respondent No.3, i.e., District Magistrate, Kushi Nagar to decide the representation of petitioner in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of .
