Present petition has been filed for the following relief :-
"(I) Issue a writ, order of or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 16.03.2019 within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
According to petitioner, he purchased the land in Khasra no.625 measuring about 28 sq.mtr situated at VillageMasuri, Tehsil-Dasna, District-Ghaziabad on 9.5.1975, in which he constructed a shop. During widening of National Highway No.9, the shop of petitioner was demolished, but no compensation was paid.
According to petitioner, he is still in physical possession over the land in question which is left after demolition of his shop and has moved a representation on 16.3.2019 before the respondent no.3, which is pending consideration.
We have heard Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3, and Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned Counsel for respondent no.4, as no useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending, with the consent of the parties, we direct the respondent no.3 to decide the representation
of petitioner dated 16.3.2019 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
