Learned counsel for the petitioners could not produce the records to establish his membership of the society by documentary evidence. He, however, contends that he can lead oral evidence to establish his membership.
Sri Arjun Singh Solanki, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to approach the competent Civil Court for the relief which is being sought in the petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file civil suit, if so advised, before the competent court.
