The following prayer has been made in the writ petition, which are as under:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Authorize Controller (respondent No.4) to hold the election of the Committee of Management of Institution, which is known as Inter College Kanauna, Bulandshahar in pursuance of the order dated 08.09.2017 passed by the respondent No.2 at an early date in accordance with law."
Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submitted that the election was held on 05.01.2019.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in the light of the submission made by learned Standing Counsel.
