The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition for quashing of the order dated 7.12.2012 passed by respondent No.2/Sub-Division Magistrate, Najibabad District Bijnor.
Today when the matter is taken up, a request is made by Sri Prashant Kumar Singh, holding brief of Sri Mahipal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instructions on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
