Heard Shri Abhinav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for respondent nos. 1 & 3 and Shri Arun Kumar, who has filed Vakalatnama today, for respondent no. 2.

The petitioners, in this writ petition, are seeking a direction to the respondents to issue a completion certificate/determine the compounding fee, if any, or to take decision on the purchase of Floor Area Ratio (FAR) at appropriate rates and dispose of the pending issues relating to sanction of map, etc.

Learned counsel for the Prayagraj Development Authority informs that the matter has already been referred to the State Government by order dated 26.08.2017 and the matter is pending with the State Government and the State Government has to take a decision in the matter.

No useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Department of Housing & Urban Planning, Lucknow (respondent no. 1) to decide the claim of the petitioner, in accordance with

law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in his Office.
