Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsels. Ms. Ritvika Dutt Tripathi holding brief of Sri P.D. Tripathi who appears for the respondent No.4 draws the attention of the Court to the judgment rendered by a learned Judge on Writ-A No. 38431 of 2017 decided on 20 September 2017. The learned Judge after noticing the various orders passed by the Supreme Court has found that only 66, 655 appointments which were made in the course of the recruitment in question were saved and that the Supreme Court had directed that all remaining vacancies would be liable to be filled in accordance with law and after issuance of a fresh advertisement.
In view of that the writ as prayed for cannot be granted. The writ petition is dismissed.
