Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Sri R.P. Dube, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed on the record the communication dated 28 May 2019 appended to which is a charge-sheet of the same date. He states that subject to the petitioner cooperating in the enquiry and not taking any unnecessary adjournment, the Enquiry Officer shall endeavour to conclude the same with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified coy of this order. Sri Dube further assures the Court that all material which is sought to be relied upon shall be duly provided to the petitioner.
Accordingly and in light of the statement recorded above, this petition shall stand disposed of.
