Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
On 21 May 2019, a learned Judge of the Court had passed a detailed order noting that the objection as taken by the respondents would prima facie not sustain in light of the judgment rendered inter partes on 29 May 2018.
Sri R.P. Dube, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel who has appeared for the Director states that the judgment and order of 29 May 2018 shall be given effect to and complied with.
In view of the above statement which is recorded and accepted, the writ petition is disposed of.
The Director is permitted to communicate a final decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
