Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anil Babu, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
Presently, as the record stands there is no material in support of the assessment of the petitioner that he would have got 193 marks. This principally since a copy of the O.M.R. Sheet has not yet been obtained. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to approach the concerned P.I.O. of the respondents and to obtain a copy of the O.M.R. Sheet by invoking the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Sri Anil Babu, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that in case such an application is made, the same shall be duly attended to and a copy of the O.M.R. Sheet shall be provided to the petitioner.
In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to institute fresh proceedings after obtaining the O.M.R. Sheet.
