Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices on behalf of respondents no.1 and 4 have been accepted by learned Standing Counsel and Sri Satyaveer Singh, learned counsel, appears for the respondents no.2 and 3.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following main prayer:-
" i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Allenganj, Prayagraj to allocate the institution to the petitioner according to her merit in view of the list of the candidates prepared in terms of rule 12 (8) of the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board Rules, 1998, so that the petitioner may be permitted to join as Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade (Home Science), within the period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;
ii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board Allenganj, Prayagraj to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21.9.2019 (Annexure. no.5 to the writ petition), which is pending consideration for passing order in the matter, within the period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court ;"
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that raising her grievances, petitioner had already submitted a representation before the respondent no.2, copy of which is appended as annexure 5 to the writ petition.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2/Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Prayagraj, to
decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
