Sri Girish Vishwakarma, learned standing counsel on the basis of instructions of the opposite party that the applicant has himself taken back his claim for medical reimbursement by moving an application dated 29.3.2018, and therefore, the medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner was not processed further.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances before the respondent no. 3.
Learned standing counsel submits that if the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3 with a representation, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation raising his grievances before the respondent no. 3, within four weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. In the event, such a representation is made within stipulated period, the respondent no. 3 shall decide it in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within next four weeks. If the respondent no. 3 finds that he is not competent to take decision, then he shall forward the matter immediately to the competent Authority for appropriate decision, who shall take decision in accordance with law within next six weeks.
