This contempt application has been filed alleging that the opposite party has violated the order dated 23.08.2012 in Writ-A No.41177 of 2012 (Sharda Devi vs. State of U.P. and others), which is reproduced below:
"Petitioner has rushed to this Court with a request that till today her G.P.F. amount has not at all been paid to her whereas requisite orders have been passed by District Basic Education Officer, Ballia on 14th March, 2008 for ensuring payment of the same.
Consequently, in the facts of the case, District Basic Education Officer, Ballia is directed to examine the claim of petitioner, in accordance with law, preferably within next two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition stands disposed of. "
Affidavit of compliance filed by the opposite party shows that the order of the writ court has been fully complied with. Payment has also been made to the applicant pursuant to the order passed by the opposite party.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that interest has been paid only for the period from 18.02.2013 to 23.09.2019.
Be that as it may, if the applicant has any grievance with regard to the interest, he may approach the authorities concerned raising his grievances.
In view of the aforesaid, the contempt application is disposed of .
