Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order dated 1.6.2019, the petitioner was incorrectly dismissed from service from the post of Assistant Teacher by the respondent no. 4 on the ground that her Marks Sheet / Certificate of TET is forged.
The respondent no. 4 wrote a letter to the respondent no. 5 i.e. Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. for verification of the Marks Sheet of TET bearing Roll No. 4210504734 and Certificate Serial No. 134644, and the respondent no. 5 communicated that it is fabricated and no record of fabricated Marks Sheet is available. The website also does not contain any such Marks Sheet / Certificate. The aforesaid roll number and certificate number of TET were also mentioned by the petitioner in his application while submitting online application in recruitment of 16448 posts of Assistant Teachers.
The petitioner has taken a stand that she has been issued a rectified Marks Sheet by the respondent no. 5 bearing Roll No. 4210503474 and Certificate Serial No. 34644 which have not been verified by the respondent no. 4 from the respondent no. 5. The stand so taken appears to be incorrect and misleading.
After this writ petition was heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition, and therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as prayed.
