Sri Chandra Bhan Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Sri Yatindra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 has no objection to the said request on the reasoning that on similar set of facts the petitioners have preferred another writ petition which is pending.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
