Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 & 2 and Sri B.K. Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
The petitioner was working as Headmistress in Prathmik Vidyalaya, Nagla Ratiya, Block Tundla, District Firozabad.
The petitioner was suspended by order dated 26.09.2019 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Firozabad.
An enquiry was also conducted against the petitioner and according to the petitioner, the enquiry has been completed by the Enquiry Officer and he has submitted a representation to the respondent no.3 praying for concluding the enquiry. The petitioner's grievance is that the respondent no.3 is not taking any decision on the enquiry report.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no.3/ District Basic Education Officer, Firozabad is directed to take a decision on the enquiry report in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
The writ petition is disposed off .
