It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA that the corpuses, who are working as labourers in brick kiln of respondent no. 3, have been released and no longer under any illegal detention. Therefore, the present habeas corpus writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
